The BJWC partners with the Elmbrook School District to conduct a Spelling Bee in
January/February at the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts. Twenty 5th - 8th grade
students representing 17 Brookfield schools, both public and private, participate in the Bee.
A top speller is identified and the top six spellers advance to the Regional Spelling Bee that
is held in March.
